This can be at the growth stage of the company life cycle or when a founder/shareholder is looking to exit. Our sweet spot is existing businesses with an EBITDA between R7.5m and R20m.

We represent long-term, patient, and active shareholders who want to help the team succeed. We grew up in a small business environment, have analysed large businesses for thirty years, and have successfully helped build multiple businesses.
